Hi all,

Unsure if this is the right place to be posting but driving myself crazy! So here goes..

My husband attended the GP who referred him to a consultant due to pain in his abdomen. When my husband went for his appointment the consultant could feel a lump under his armpit. His blood was taken as well. His blood results came back, his white blood cell count is high! He has to go for a CT scan tomorrow followed by a meeting with his consultant to make a plan. The problem is we don’t know what the plan is for??

My husband had Leukemia when he was a teenager. He fought for 3 years won and has now been 6 years clear. Our fear is that it has returned.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks in advance

Hi. Sorry I don’t. But I know how you are feeling. Be strong. X

Good luck today, sunshine, hope it's not what you fear Flowers

You might want to ask HQ to move this thread to the health topic?

High white cells and an armpit lump could also be because of an infection. I would wait and see what they say at the appointment before getting too worried, easier said than done though Flowers
