Is anyone else finding being a SAHP hard? I have a 2 year old and 4 month old. Every day is the same. Its to cold and wet to take them anywhere. At the moment my 2 year old paddys over EVERYTHING! I feel like i spend all day battling with her as well as trying to settle the baby. I have started applying for any jobs i can. I think i really need to go back to work before i go crazy. Is anyone else feeling the same?

I think this is this hardest age tbh. I had a 19 month gap and I found the first 6 months very tough but things started to get much easier after that. Did you leave work after your first? Could you afford any help? Ds started two, 3 hours sessions a week at pre school when he turned 2 and it did break the week up. I also went to lots of toddler groups!

Where i worked closed down while i was on maternity leave, 3 weeks before i was due to go back. We don't qualify for the 2 year funding. We are JUST over the thresh hold for that. 2 year old is starting 2 half days in january though at nursery and does go to toddler groups.
