Hi everyone,
I have a meeting lined up with work tomorrow afternoon to resign. I'm nine months into twelve months of maternity leave.
The organisation I work for is just brilliant and I've been there for many years so absolutely dreading it. I get messages from the exec team and the team I manage telling me how they can't wait for me to come back and so far I've always held firm that I would (humble brag
). However, financially things have changed for us (for the better) and I cannot wait to spend time at home.
Does anyone have any advice so I'm eloquent and professional rather than an emotional mess?
