Buy pre chopped frozen veg? Omg it's my new thing... i used to stand there chopping veg (yawn) but now it cuts down on loads of time I can spend with my tot playing. I feel like a complete cheat though esp as I am a SAHM. Anyone else do the same?

Any shortcuts I can! For pasta sauce I just put tomatoes in oven with oil for 30 minutes on high and then blend them.

no, its great! I buy frozen rice, am sick of making the wrong quantity and throwing most of it out, so I buy 4 little packets for less than £2 and the dc's have one each. I dont drink or smoke so its my guilty pleasure!

I don't like cooked carrots, I only like them raw, so I have my portion as I'm chopping them, lol.

Some frozen veggies aren't as nice as fresh. So it depends on the veg
