Me and my significant other are wanting to buy in or near Leamington Spa. We have found a village which looks quite nice Weston-under-Wetherley. Do any locals know anything about this area that we should know about? We have seen HS2 is relatively close by and an article about some form of coal extraction back in 2013 that didn't go ahead. But any thoughts on this area and whether we should avoid it would be much appreciated. Thanks
