anyone bought / live in a new build by Wedgwood Homes?

Hello all
Hope someone out there knows of
Wedgwood Homes?
Am considering buying a New build 2 bed from plan.
There's not even a foundation laid yet so there's nothing to go on.
I am concerned that I haven't heard of Wedgwood homes and fear they may be the classic cheap build, lots of snags etc.

The development is 12 house's in a small village in Kent.
Wedgwood have built in Canterbury, Headcorn, other places SE England Kent

Anyone live in or have knowledge of what the houses and this company are like?

Any info very much appreciated!

I’ve never heard of the, but I’d be more likely to buy on a small development by a smaller local builder than one of the bigger firms, tbh.

Also you’d probably get more replies on the property sub forum.

Just to add, it's wedgewood with an 'e' (damn you auto correct! )
