My partner and I are thinking of relocating to WGC and have found a house we like on a new Bellway development in the east side... but we aren't sure about the area? It's of Ascot lane near Howlands...We don't have any children so school catchment isn't a problem just yet! However we just want a pleasant area that we don't have to worry about too much anti social behaviour or much trouble... We are coming from a nice area in London, but like anywhere in London- it can be very mixed! From what I have seen so far, it seems quite pleasant, but some advice and opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
