contraception advise

hi, had my ds 6 months ago and still need to sort out contraception not sure what to do any ideas?

Yep, just have to remember which day you change the patch, Not to place them on the breasts or genitals(logical i thought!) then feel free to ignore for a week!! One of the advantages is if you are sick(hangovers?!) it doesn't affect it because it goes straight to the bloodstream. I found it so much easier than the pill yet fertility returns immediately after your last patch so no waiting if you decide on more kids.
