stopped fancying dh and have gone off sex am i going in circles.......

i mean if i try and have sex with dh will this make me start to fancy him again and the longer i leave it the more harder it becomes excuse the pun????? Weve been together 10 years and have two small children we get along as friends and i know he still wants me but sex is just not on my agenda. I dont ever think i really want him i really wish i did but i dont. If we cant get that back could it be the end of our marriage??? Is there a way of getting it back and if you cant can a relationship cary on without it-im so confused help!!!1

I think it needs spicing up

Maybe some time alone or away if someone will babysit. Some new pretty underwear and maybe read a few saucy books such as Gilly Cooper to get the juices flowing again (pardon the pun) and ideas in your head etc.

After you start to get friendly again you may find that your appetite comes back once you realise what you've missed

But I personally don't think it does a marriage any good if you do not do this often, or for a long time. Sooner or later one of you maybe tempted elsewhere otherwise and may find it hard to say no after a while.

I have to say the first 9 months after having a baby both times, I truly didn't feel like it and when I'm tired it is the last thing on my mind. Just as an add on to the above.

But I've definitely gone through periods with my hubby when I felt like you... Spice it up lady
