Emotional affair - need to recommend that book about them to friend..?

Hi, one of my friend's DHs is embroiled in what seems like an emotional affair. I mentioned to her that mumsnetters often recommend a certain book on this subject which goes into what exactly constitutes an emotional affair and why they are a threat to a marriage (he thinks he's just being a good friend to OW...) but despite searching threads on here and searching on Amazon I can't find it. All I can remember is it's by a woman Dr I think?

Could anyone remind me of its name please?

There are a number of books on this subject but the one you may be thinking of is "Not just Friends" written by Shirley Glass.
