DH and I do like to watch a DVD together of the "adult" nature from time to time.

God, how bloody coy am I ?!

We tend to watch the Anna Span sort of ones, that say they are "by women for women" or ones intended to please couples.

They are all pretty naff nonetheless. However, I appreciate this is only to be expected.

Any recommendations for people like us, who don't like anything nasty? I can't even stand it when a bloke holds a woman's head when she's giving him a BJ.

I'm not much help I'm afraid, I only have to see one thing I don't like and it puts me off, the prevalence of spitting in porn is hugely disgusting.
The Petra joy ones aren't too bad from what I've seen of the trailers - some are pretty kinky however - all womens fantasies type things including girl on girl which all men seem to like and it is normally a bit less brutal than normal porn.
We only tend to watch things like sexetera etc. mainly for a laugh.
I'd much rather be doing it than watching it and luckily my hubby hasn't got an appetite for hard porn either, he's not into watching plastic women get "skewered" between 2 or 3 ugly blokes. You could try the lovehoney site for some honest reviews of films.

Some normal films are good- I can relate to Mal saying you only need to see one off-putting thing and the whole thing is ruined! Even sexcetera puts me right off at points, especially the uncritical portrayal of jock culture.

Have you seen 9 Songs, for example? It is quite a serious film but with a lot of honest sex in it. It isn't very cheerful or lighthearted, but just the fact of being about a proper sexual relationship is quite a turn-on nonetheless.

God, it's vile - groups of saddo male "fans" going around watching porn shoots and taking pictures, with an expression that says they've never touched a real woman.

Does it have to be "proper" porn?
There are plenty of normal films with great sex in them, I find I get more turned on by them, porn's just silly on the whole , for those with no imagination imho.

Deception springs to mind as a sexy film with a good story, unfortunately it's Ewan mcgregor getting his kit off rather than Hugh Jackman but it's still fairly hot.

No dont suscribe, especially because you have got to suscribe a minimum of 12 months, we didnt get that so we are stuck with it for another 11 months !
