im hoping to find out what the consensus of opinion is.
do men really want thin partners. or does a size eighteen girl really have the same chances? i always believed that inner beauty was the more important factor, but am revising my opinion due to some recent events. what do you all think?

thank you for your support. i feel a lot better now, thinking that it isnt just her size that is the problem.

Stitch, My dp is an ex Mr Scotland(bodybuilder).
Though I am a size 10(very lucky)I have never met any other bodybuilders interested in slimmer ladies! So if you are looking for love and want a guy to like you for who you are I definatly reccomend them! I think its because all of the other men that they compete with are so self centered that they just love to be around people who are more than 'a size' XXX

hmmm, thats an idea. but arent those supposed to be full of women looking for men? so they are outnumbered?

i really feel terrible for saying this, but I don't see my model friend finding a suitable match. i cannot explain why, but it's a feeling I have.
she's got a little dog now though that's sure to put men off, isn't it?

stitch · 20/04/2005 23:46

lol crazy, ill have to tell her that!
find yourself someone with the body beautiful, so they can appreciate you not having it!

hmm, you might have a point there stich. i didn't think of that!
teh bodybuilders sounds like an excellent idea!

crazyandconfused · 20/04/2005 23:47

Not really, only the competitors partners! the rest are usually gay men!!!!! So if you dont find a love match maybe a good friend who loves you for who you are?

whilst friends are wonderful, and a person cant have too many good friends, what is needed is someone to get a mortgage with and make babies with!iyswim!
