I too can get horny with a full bladder.

When i was about 12 or 13 I would often wake in the night desperate for a wee and on the brink of orgasm (didn't understand what it was in those days though and never masturbated as a child/teenager either). If i held on to the wee and squeezed my pelvic floor muscles; i would orgasm within a minute.

I coudn't possibly have sex on a full bladder, it'd just mean really nasty cystitis .
