Am struggling with my marriage at the moment - anyone else get married quite young?

I got married at the age of 22. Now 8 years later I have changed so much - imo I have grown up and am having a hard time not thinking about leaving - I guess if it wasn't for ds I would and that makes me feel horrible.

dh is a good man, but he hasn't changed at all, and I am not sure how to approach this with him.

TBH I am not sure how to write down how I even feel about this.

Anyone else had similar experiences?

Fullhouse. Try reading the book by Relate called "Staying together - from crisis to deeper commitment." it's by Susan Quilliam

It explains why tiny things can build to the point where one of you wants to leave 8this crisis) and ways to understand why it happened and what can be done to make things better.

This book (and some relate sessions) saved my marriage 3 years ago. We met at 16, married at 23, hit trouble at 28. Now we're happier than ever and DC1 is on the way

And also the one by John Gray called "How to get what you want - and want what you have" esp the bit about the love tanks.

Am not a self-help junkie (honest!) but those two books are brilliant

I could have written the original post myself, met DH when I was 15 he was 17, married at 19 (he was nearly 21) and been married 14 years (I'm now 33 he is 35).

We have to dc.

Its a struggle, I have changed so much. I'm studying, have a different career. DH thinks I should just be content and not be doing these things sigh

I hope you decide what is best for you FH.
