We always go for dinner, back to his, watch a DVD. Or for dinner & then the cinema.

What else can we do on a Saturday night or a Sunday?

It is minus 30 so no picnics or outside activities.

It is bloody freezing here again.

We went to a bar but there were no games so he had to talk then went back to his place and played Rock Band and stuff.

I love the can't cook, won't cook idea - in fact, he suggested that we cook one weekend so maybe we'll try that.

Thanks for all suggestions.

Why not go to a museum or an art exhibition? Many are open late at least one night a week.

Tickets to theatre, ballet, symphony or opera?

Do either of you like spectator sports? You could go see a hockey game or a basketball game.

Some 'high end' gourmet/organic supermarkets have cooking classes, which could be fun.

Go to a pub for a meal and quiz night?

Libraries and universities often have guest lecturers who speak on interesting subjects.
