Domestic Violence in movies

Does anyone know any good domestic Violence movies? I've seen "enough" and "sleeping with the enemy" Can anyone recommend anymore?

What do you mean by 'good'?

I'm not sure really, interesting I suppose.

Both of the ones I've seen finish with the woman on top.

Sorry, good was the wrong word to use.

I don't really want to go into it fully at the moment but I felt a bit better after seeing those two. I'd like to see similar movies.

Err, there's Nil By Mouth (Gritty), Whats Love Got to Do With it (Tina Turners life) and The Colour Purple (Daughter pregnant by Dad - Steven Spielburg was it, director not the Dad I mean?)

Nil By Mouth not very inspirational though it has to be said.

Why would you want to watch them though, hardly a rip roaring night in.

Surely if you are experiencing something similar in RL then you need to take steps to remove yourself/resolve the situation rather than watching films about it ?
