flame did indeed come (thankyou sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much), altho we were a little late. Aunty rang before I was about to leave to inform me that mother needed cigarettes. I said that I had no idea what type (bad bad daughter that I am), and so went aunty, and she then rang mother to tell her that she would need to get them herself!
BECAUSE of said phone-call, I grabbed bag and ran, and then once flame I I got to the carpark, I realised that I had no purse, no money, and so we trotted off home again, making us even later, which WAS noted by my mum.
she commented on my hair (I have gone blonde, so am not her colour anymore), and when I asked if she liked it, she kind of shrugged and said that she would not do it. and then said it was ok......
she asked who my friend was and seemed convinced that she was called sarah, and proceeded to at flame for haivng the audacity to come with me........and of course then drag me away as we needed to run to get flameboy. ((not planned at all)).
she then told me I looked about 10yrs older (flame reckons it was the tight-non-breathing-terror-looking face I had on).
oh, and that I was growing again (seems mum might be shrinking......she looks old and small, and very scary today).
I tried to shrink
she tried to make me stay for food.........luckily I have many allergies anad the people there backed away when I told them.....good job I wasn;t staying really.
oh, and she told me that I was her daughter about 50 times (just in case I forget).
all in all......not terrible, but not ok either.
oh, and I tried to wriggle out of birthday visiting byt telling her that all the children would be coming, as it is half-term, and she wants them there (she has asked and told me in the past that I have too many and she cannot cope with them all!). I kind of hoped me saying they needed to come might make her say that I did not have too........
oh, and she has requested a modern-looking-purple-cardigan-with-pockets for her birthday. flame and I managed to find something, nit sure that it ticks all the boxes tho. it IS purple however!
