Worried about young adult DD's future and feel guilty

I'll hold my hands up and say that I have made lots of terrible mistakes raising my DD, but I had thought that we had navigated the worst but I was wrong and I am now worried for what I have done.
I had her very young, and made some bad choices but I always tried to put her first. She is now 19 and she still has all opportunities ahead of her.
I made some very mad mistakes and she met one of my old partners through me, and they are now going out and it makes me sick because I don't want her to make the same mistakes I did, but also because I know that he will be like poison to her.
I am not sure what I expect from posting this, but I don't know who else to talk to about this because I feel like I failed her spectacularly and I just want to see on a path to a happy life than the one I had.

Have you spoken to her about it?

What sort of mistakes have you made? What is your relationship like with her now?

She’s going out with your ex partner?! Did I read that right?
