Any tips appreciated, please.

I really want to quickly get over my first relationship since my divorce. Lasted 16 months. Was perfect til it wasn’t. I ended it today, kindly. No argument but I know our connection ran its course. Still hurts though as I mourn those early days we had together.

He is also a work colleague I’ll run into every now and then.

So, please hit me with your best tips to make me laugh?

i think its a case of rebuilding the life you have incorporating things you want things that make you happy but in the future if you have a relationship take from it the things you had in this relationship that were good and refuse to have the bad things

Well, you must have had good reason so let's hear it?

Your answer is in that nutshell.

Try not to ruminate.
Banging one's head against a problem does not magic away said problem!

Future gazing - what are you going to bring about?
What are you doing this weekend?

Tell me about your lovely life coming up - what are you going to be doing?

If my husband was no longer alive, I would spend my time making my smaller house gorgeous (I'd have to sell) and then practicing practicing practicing music, maybe even release something I recorded at home.
