Mortgage Capacity Certificate for court

Hello,
Going through a schedule 1 case with my ex partner (together 15 years, 2 children together) . I have been ordered to get a mortgage capacity certificate. The cheapest mortgage a,dvisor I have found is £129. I'm age 49 in a low wage civil service job with vwry small savings.

Realistically will never be able to buy in this part of the UK, not at this point anyway. I just need the most basic one capacity report for court.
Anyone know somewhere I can get it cheaper or any other advise?

I've contacted 6 local mortgage advisers ranging from £399-£129.

Appreciate any ideas!
