Grandchild fairness

If you have lots of Grandchildren, especially split across several of your children, how do you manage spending time with them all? are you proactive or tend to let each family lead/come to you? How do you keep things feeling fair, especially if some live close and others far away…
interested to hear some perspectives from grandparents (and parents too)

Hi @hedgerow8

And a warm welcome to Mumsnet. We're going to move your thread to our Relationships topic as we think you'll get more help there.

We do also have a sister site - Gransnet - which has a dedicated Grandparenting topic - https://www.gransnet.com/forums/grandparenting

You're very welcome to join that site as well if you'd like support from fellow grandparents.

New to grandparenting or an old hand with plenty of tips & advice? Discuss your grandchild's development, behaviour, eating habits or education and more.
