How to get away from bad relationships when I feel I need help with the running of my household/family but have so much resentment inside me.
Nothing physical moreso emotionally and verbally bad and blames me for everything
also feel like my MIL is a big factor in causing problems

Because the feeling you “need help” is part of the abuse. You can arrange childcare, drop hours, increase hours, hire a cleaner, live frugally, make new friends etc etc
tnere are so many things you can do and try to alleviate the need for you to rely on people who treat you like shit
the mental space that you will get by simply staying away from people who cause you harm will probably help you to get more things done anyway

What is it that you feel you need help with? You may find that once you're out of the relationship, you would feel more able to manage the day to day stuff and your mental health would improve.

yes I’ve a daughter with additional needs and a 2 year old and find it hard to manage with both of them on my own but the tantrums are becoming a weekly thing with my partner it’s starting to get me down

It doesn't sound like things will change if you carry on as you are so my only advice would be to begin the process of ending the relationship, that will also solve the MIL problem at the same time. It sounds like you have your hands full with the children so i guess the first thing to do is work out how your going to get some support to help you. Good luck, i hope it works out for you @Unicornhair56

It will be harder in one way, but so much easier in another. No dealing with the dreaded MIL, and you won't have to put up with a vile partner dragging you down and damaging your mental health either.

You'll find it so much easier to cope with the dc when you aren't suffering from being verbally and emotionally abused.
