Im pretty sure that I got raped but I don’t know what to do.
I don’t want to report it because I’m not sure. Do you know if helplines track numbers?

I’m very sorry to hear this OP.
I hope you’re doing ok.
May we ask which part you are not sure about - whether the act happened or whether you consented?
There seems to be quite a high bar to proving a rape conviction so not being sure could be quite problematic. There was a case recently where a 12 yo was gang raped and it was argued that she didn’t make it clear enough that she didn’t consent. That indicates to me that women do not always get treated fairly by the justice system.

I don’t think that I can prove it but it happened, and i think that I just want t talk to someone who won’t judge me or won’t make me take steps.

“i think that I just want t talk to someone who won’t judge me or won’t make me take steps.”

Phone the Samaritans - they’re not judgemental and they will listen to what you have to say and be nice.

You can call the rape crisis helpline OP - they won't pressure you to report and will just listen and support. It's confidential so they won't disclose anything about you.https://rapecrisis.org.uk/get-help/want-to-talk/

@Minasama - where was that case? I hope to God not in the UK. 12 is so far below the age of consent, it doesn’t bear thinking about that this is even a question.

@Wing872 - the rape helplines should just support you in discussing what happened. So sorry you’re in this position. Look after yourself and be gentle with yourself.
