Comfortable earplugs for sleeping with a snoring partner? (without sore ears!!!)

DH snores! Bless him!

I’ve also found since having kids I am insanely sensitive to nighttime noise

So I’ve been wearing earplugs for years now but they give me sore ears, dry/painful skin on the ear canal

I use ‘mac dream girl silicon ear plugs’, they work well for noise, but clearly my skin doesn’t like them

Can anyone recommend ear plugs that don’t cause sore ears?

I use happy ears. They fit close and don’t poke out. They’re the only earplugs I have tried that I don’t want to take out in the middle of the night

I use Loop Quiet

I use Loop ear plugs. Anything else makes my ears sweat and become sore. I forgot to take them on holiday though so ended up buying some wax ones from Boots at the airport. They mould in the ear and across the bit outside the ear canal (hope that makes sense!) I found them very effective and they didn’t make my ears sore but overall prefer my loops.

Loop. They can get a bit sore with prolonged use though but I find them great for holidays or the odd night. We don’t really sleep together at home

Boots cotton and wax ones - I have been using them for years. I pull them in half as they are quite big. The only problem is they do contribute to wax build-up in my ears but I'm prone to that anyway.

Mack's ear plugs for ladies. They do smaller ones for the smaller canals. Also vaseline is great for sore ears on ear plugs although never had to do it since moved to macks.

Loop Sleep earplugs have been brilliant for me. Love them
