hi i dont know where to start but ill try

ive had this friend for nearly a year now but recently her and her boyfriend had been fighting and breaking up and i had been comforting them both, a few days ago i had confessed my feelings to her ex because as time went by we had gotten really close and she had recently found out and told me i was a bad friend and started to guilt trip me.
its been a few days now and me and her ex are very close and comfortable with each other (hes 20 and 4 years older than me). she also made a post about him being too clingy when they were together. i really love him and it seems like he feels the same way.
would it be bad if we happen to date?

I’ve only just seen your reply OP. Sounds like life is potentially pretty tough for you. Sorry you don’t have any parents. Can you confide in your carers about this relationship?

Please don’t. At 20, he is a grown man and likely to encourage you to do things you are not mentally ready for.

He’s also odd for growing close to, and grooming, a 16 year old. You really don’t love him either, you just like his company but he’s too old for you (and a wrong ‘un).

You’d also be a crap friend if you did.
