I’m currently talking to a woman who says:
1.) she jots down notes every time we have a phone call. She also asks very formatted questions, as if I’m in an interview.
2.) Sometimes, she claims she wants something genuine, but there are times when I catch her inconsistencies. For example, she randomly said she sometimes feels like she’s pleasing people. But today she lied and said she doesn’t do it and that she says she likes authenticity… but only because I answered that’s what I like. And she often asks the questions first so she can go “I like that too!” And doesn’t come clean unless she feels safe about something.
3.) She said she only ran into toxic relationships and talked badly about all her exes. But she still meets up with one for some reason.
Are these normal traits in a person? Never met a person this controlled so I need some help. Personally I feel very creeped out and I feel like they’re trying too hard to be loved. What do you think?
