Anyone have any thoughts or experience using hinge

Probably the best one I have used (50) with Bumble up there too. The rest IMO are a waste of time

Met my now boyfriend on there, definitely the better app if you’re after a relationship. Although there are rotten eggs everywhere so be careful

I met my partner on Hinge (3.5 years ago, when I was 47). If it's still the same as it was then, I found it takes more work to set up a profile on there than on the other apps: choosing the prompts that allow you to get across the information you want to share (rather than writing a straight bio), adding a voice note and/or a video. But that is a good thing because you can easily weed out the men who don't have the motivation/energy/commitment to do that. Some of them literally say "I can't be bothered figuring out how this app works, just message me if you're interested". I'm not, thanks!

A friend used PoF but not sure if it was good or not.
What did you find good about Bumble

My son had a three year relationship with a wonderful young woman he met on hinge. We were devastated when they split up. They were in their twenties but both described it as more woman friendly than other apps.

Just the fact it had some good potential matches there and you did get 2 way chat, rather than (I know this sounds snobbish) but in general the lesser quality aspect of PoF or Tinder. Match just didnt have that many local to me

Hinge seemed to have better quality people on it, but I question the Most Compatible, feels like they keep pushing people they know that you've never swiped right on, feels like social engineering.

Match and PoF, the problem with those is that Match Group who own all of them keep migrating your profile from one app to the other, so you probably get incomplete profiles through their automatic migration (if you agree to it).
