Looking fof positive stories of leaving a partner with a baby

Hello, looking for people to share their positive stories please 🙏 please be kind because this may sound stupid.

I am planning to leave my partner on account of emotional abuse, we have an 11 month old together and a decent 3 bed house with a nice garden. I have been gearing up to leave and looking at options. I won’t be able to afford to tent or have a mortgage for a house as nearly as big, I am starting to feel guilty about the prospect of taking my son away from his dad, and I am worried about renting again, the instability and also getting stuck renting. I want to be able to provide a decent quality of life for my son. I am worried he won’t have that if we leave. His dad has not emotionally abused his son, just me in front of him. Things came to a head in May as I was about to go back to work. We talked about it at the end pf May and incidents haven’t been as bad but I still have been shouted at in front of my son and his microaggressions and controlling continues.

i should mention I have reached out to a local DA charity and will be assigned a caseworker who will be helping with practicalities and support on financial advice.
