Has anyone tried speed dating recently? Just wondering whether it's any better than the apps. I really miss getting a read on someone with digitally 'meeting' people days and just wondering whether the time waster would bother to pay and come along to something like this or whether it might weed some out?
I've also seen some singles nights arranged in big cities - wondering whether they might be worth a go?
