Hey to anyone that can help I have been speaking to this guy since January and we have been specking ever since last month he has even moved in with me.
so now having all his things in my house I’m talking everything that this guy owns is in my house including birth certificate and also passed family member iteams of Jewelry.
one day he explained to me that he wanted to go and see his dad he didn’t take anything with him apart from what he had on I have not heard or seen him in over 3 weeks.
I have contacted the baby mum she’s blocked me but she has a different parent
ive also contacted his best friend and his also blocked me
he goes active on wattapp every day for not very long
I’m stuck on what to do I have also contacted the police but I have to wait until Friday for them to do a well fair check

do you know his dads name to track him down? I expect he will resurface in the next few weeks, then you can get shot of his stuff and him. It’s odd behaviour particularly from his best friend, he obviously doesn’t seem worried.

Some of this doesn’t make sense. You started talking less than 6 months ago and let him move in with you? Who is the baby mum? His ex? So this guy has a baby? Honestly, I don’t know where he is or whether he’ll be back but you do need to seriously rethink your boundaries around relationships in future.

heyhey24 · 13/07/2026 19:32

I’ve tried contacting his family on Facebook but nothing

He's active on WhatsApp but presumably not answering you?

How odd, if he's left all his worldly goods with you.

Have you met the people who are blocking you? I.e. do you know for sure they are who he says they are ?

On the run from police?

Coffeislife · 13/07/2026 19:38

Is the baby mum his mum ?

ComtesseDeSpair · 13/07/2026 19:38

If you can see he’s active on WhatsApp then he hasn’t blocked you and he’s alive. It’s not really a police matter, he isn’t “missing”, he’s left. You can send a message: “The relationship is over. I’ll bag up all the things you’ve left at mine, please arrange to have them collected by the end of July or I’ll be taking it all to the charity shop.” Then bag it all up until you hear from him, and if you never do you get rid of it. If he has a set of keys, change your locks.

A year ago you were pregnant with your second child. Why did you let someone you didn't know move in?

Just read OP’s other posts and saw this.

OP let him be gone and don’t get any more mixed up in his trash. You’ve known this man six months, despite barely knowing anything about him he moved himself and all his stuff in after only five, most likely because he was being turfed out of wherever he was staying before and had nowhere else to go, and when you’ve contacted people close to him to say you haven’t seen or heard from him in three weeks and do they know where he is and if he’s okay, they’ve either blocked you or ignored you.

It’s madness that you allowed a man who was practically a stranger into your home with your two tiny children, that he’s left and stopped contacting you is the best thing all around. Avoid men and work on your boundaries around relationships, you’re vulnerable and men like this can smell that a mile off.

PetulaGordeno · 13/07/2026 20:15

I have read your previous threads because I felt it was important to do so.
I am not sure how old you are - you don’t have to say - but you sound very, very vulnerable.
Your last left you alone with two young babies - are they still with you and do you do most of the care?
Do you have family support nearby?
You have let a man you hardly know move in and now it shows because he’s left and it’s all gone blank. He sounds like one of those men who just mooches off others and goes from place to place.
I do understand you’ve built some form of bond with this man but this is harmful to you. He doesn’t care that you are worried.
Get that stuff out of your home and get him out of your life and please spend some time without a man in your life or home.
You could easily move a serious child abuser in without knowing. They don’t all look like child abusers, they seem like ordinary men.
You are spending far too much headspace on these awful men.
Time to give all your energy to yourself and your babies.

Bananalanacake · 13/07/2026 20:21

Why let him move in so soon, or did he do it without your permission. Dump him and give him a deadline to take his stuff.

wrinkleyrita · 13/07/2026 21:27

Could he be in prison?

suburberphobe · 13/07/2026 21:37

he has even moved in with me

Oh dear.
Did you just let this happen without a proper conversation about the implications of this? Are you paying all the bills while he fucks you over?

one day he explained to me that he wanted to go and see his dad he didn’t take anything with him apart from what he had on I have not heard or seen him in over 3 weeks.

Tells you all you need to know OP.

Please get help from friends or Womens Aid - family - to help you move out of this toxic situation.

You can do this!

Why not just tell him on WhatsApp that his stuff's going in the skip unless he responds to you?
