No. My DP only uses private browsing and has VPNs, and I’ve never thought anything of it.

FlapperFlamingo · 08/07/2026 15:22

No, it wouldn’t worry me. I use private browsing too.

PaperMachePanda · 08/07/2026 17:10

I use private browsing. No issues with my husband doing the same.

Brightbluesomething · 08/07/2026 18:02

No I only use private browsing. Nothing dodgy about it, it’s to avoid using storage space for cookies and cache.

OMGDidYouSayThat · 09/07/2026 10:19

@Londonboyxxx i think the problems are probably a bit more deep seated than your original question, i would ask yourself why you felt the need to go snooping in the first place. Has he given you a reason not to trust him?

FrustratedApples · 09/07/2026 15:59

No, wouldn't bother me.

Darragon · 09/07/2026 16:04

I would assume he wanted some privacy from the millions of data farming operations that treat our private data like a commodity to buy and sell and that they save for later to manipulate us with adverts.

I would not feel at all upset. Using private mode has lots of uses. I use it all the time on flight and airline website to block their cookies, which have the result of increasing the costs as I browse for deals. Its perfectly normal.
