My Boss has helped through a very personal (legal) matter she has been really supportive and I would like to thank her, the work she has done disserves more than just a bottle of wine. What could I buy her that is suitable and appropriate?

A voucher for a lovely restaurant if you could stretch to that.

Depends if works for a company where you have to disclose gifts

My two direct reports who have just been redeployed bought me a £50 voucher for a really nice afternoon tea.
