My partner thinks I'm autistic because 'I'm overly sensitive' and can't handle conflict or criticism.. do you think that's a thing?

Thankyou everyone. @Ryanstartedthefire2 can I ask what you mean by criticism? What's healthy criticism in a relationship? Whats normal arguing v what's abusive? I'm finding it so hard to see clearly here...

Criticism in a relationship isn’t healthy. Complaints are fine but criticism is not.

Complaint: I’m feeling frustrated because we agreed it’s your job to take out the rubbish and you’re not doing it regularly. It piles uo to the top of the bin and gets smelly and I end up doing it.

Criticism: Why can’t you manage to take out the rubbish regularly? Do you not even notice the stink? Why do I have to do everything for you?

Abuse: I took the rubbish out again, you lazy fuck! God knows why I stay with a slob like you. You do nothing around here.
