Heartbroken at end of marriage

Even though it was my decision and I believe for the best. He is devastated and I feel constantly sick, I’ve not eaten properly for weeks. I know it will get easier but oh this is hard.

Why did you split.

I didn’t end my marriage but I know deep down it was for the best and that the feelings of heartache and panic and desolation will eventually pass (unless he genuinely is a good man and you were just in the throes of a midlife crisis and think the grass is greener)
