Trying to get help scared please help

Ive spoken to my neighbour who said hes abusive shes having a meeting with my social worker to sort out the situation as its toxic he dosent like me talking alot about anything im scared as ive lived with him for twenty years but i cant bare to be around him now im not going to talk to him hes a asswhole i apologized 4 times as i felt bad by what he said he said i was going on i cant win

I do take advice ive seen three councilors i aplogised to him 4 times he said i was going on i said sorry for apologizing 4 times he rolled his eyes
