Dating a former boss - anyone else?

I saw one of my former bosses on Tinder. I worked for him in my early twenties, him in his thirties. We are now a couple of decades on.
Anyway, I swiped right and it was an instant match. Moments later he messaged and we’ve been out on a few dates since. We get on well and we both refer to when we meet as “dates”.
However, outside of a peck on the lips, he hasn’t made a move on me yet and I want to jump his bones. It’s not something easy for me to do as he is a fair bit taller than me - comedically so - so not something I could initiate. I’m quite forward in that area and if I like someone I’ll engineer a moment. We’ve either been sat at a table across from each other or stood up so unless I stand on a stool or slide it next to him at a restaurant, it can’t happen 😂
I’m thinking he may still be in boss/sub mode, as he frequently mentions the past in that sense. I will ask when we’re next together but wondered if anyone else has had this happen, matching with an old boss, and how it panned out?

You're saying you can’t initiate because of the height difference? What 😂

Yeah. I mean presumably you are sitting down at various points in your dates???

Actually, we haven’t other than eating opposite each other. The rest have been activities. Standing up activities 🤣
But I’m also asking from a former boss/employee side. I’d be interested to hear from people in similar situations as to whether it was the same, even if they weren’t dating a skyscraper…

He is a former boss. If you like him, give him time
