He’s been distant and rejecting me and it’s effecting my mental health.
I’ve been giving him chances and he’s been giving me excuses.

I’ve told him how I feel and that hasn’t changed much, and suggested counselling which he won’t do. I believe he’s met someone else now so he doesn’t feel the need to treat me that well. Honestly how did you move on and not go back

You need to take control. Stop waiting around for him to decide. Get honest with yourself about what you need in a relationship and whether he is willing to offer this now (even though I’m sure he’s lovely at the start). You tell him it’s over. Then unfollow and no contact.

@Realscottishhaggis sorry but it sounds as though he's emotionally gone already lovely.

How brave are you?

36 months is but the blink of an eye for the rest of your life, close this door, open a window ma hen. 🌸

I’ve seen a picture of him on someone’s sofa and someone came up on my people you may know on Facebook and I clicked on their profile and the same sofa is in their photo and they’re a fucking model from London.
I feel like crying inside but nothing is coming out and it’s just disappointment honestly. I didn’t realise he was capable of getting someone like that.

He might now be with her he might have just gone there with friends. But in any case block him so you don’t have to see this

It won’t be because he had an outfit that he would wear when going on a date with me when he wanted to impress me and he was wearing the exact same outfit

Yes, I’m going to block him and try and get therapy or something
