No contact family member won’t accept that i dont speak to them anymore. It’s been 5 YEARS but they won’t give up. Is the only option to move? I live in a council house though so moving isnt that easy (no judgement for that please) has anyone else been in this situation?

Keep a log.
Report to the police.
Ask should your children make a statement?
Stress their discomfort innall of this.
If the children are happy in school, do not be forced out.
Talk to the police.

If you move, they will find you. You need to go to the police

How would they find me? I honestly don’t think they would, we have no shared contacts at all? And if im being honest I think it’s more about convenience for them, I currently live about 10 minutes from them, so it’s more opportunity rather than anything else if I moved 2 hours away for example theres no way they’d drive down just to shout something through my door and drive off.

@FlippingEco firstly, I'm sorry you and your children are going through this.
Starting today, write a log of every little thing that happens.
Go on to Homeswapper.co.uk website and register your interest. It is completely free and has all of the UK's council properties that have registered.
Depending on where "the other side of London" you want to move to- how easy would it be to take your children to and from school? Research the underground links to see how easy this would be.
Then, if you do find a suitable property and place, just be honest with the possible swapper- that you are moving away from family and don't want them to know where you've moved to.
If you then get a swap, do you have a trusted friend or family member that could spread the word that you have moved away?
Good luck with everything, I truly hope you get some peace soon
