Yes. Go and have some you time. Take everything you want to work through to a therapist. They they can unload it with you and support you

Why don't you try and voice what is concerning you on this thread OP?

Some posters may be able to offer you advice. Or at least tell you that you need more specialised help.

OP normally MN is really good at untangling, and can be really helpful. And sometimes voicing things now is a must and cannot wait. Its so hard when you dont have that one person to chat to, and it feels really lonely too.

But you could also try and find a good therapist to hear you out, but make sure you are heard, and that you get advise that is useful. I had to go through a couple of people before I was ablet to land on a really good therapist.

You matter.
