This is embarrassing but recently been having really graphic and realistic sexual dreams about my ex almost every day, which obviously makes me feel weird, does anyone know why this would be happening? they are frequent so not a one off, he is an awful person so not because I want him back but why is my brain playing tricks on me. Has anyone experienced this? probably wouldn’t think much of it if it was a one off dream but they are very regular (most days) I wake up almost feeling like it was real.
