I think my bf is cheating on discord

my bf is high functioning autistic and 26 years old. He lives a few hours away. He is almost always working so I didn't think he had the time to cheat.
He's changed his online discord profile to a matching profile photo, you can see one half of it and part of the other half. It's a cartoon but i think its meant to be a coupley one. If you dont know what I'm talking about maybe don't comment. I'm not sure how to approach this. He wouldn't admit it but I don't know if it's innocent.

Well, I know what discord is and I use it frequently but I am confused about the rest. How is couples profile picture relevant? Is he "coupled up" with another user? If not...well, you are a couple aren't you? So maybe he is referencing that.
Also, not sure how one can "cheat" on discord. Are you worried he is talking to someone else?

And the previous poster did not accuse you of being paranoid. They simply pointed out that you don't trust your boyfriend, therefore it is pretty irrelevant what they did or didn't do. When the trust is gone, the relationship is over.

Never once accused you of being paranoid. You dont trust him. Without trust, there is no relationship. Especially a long distance one

I think what OP means with the photo is that it is, e.g. a cartoon drawing of a heart, and his profile pic is the left side and the suspected other person's profile pic is the right side. Is that about correct OP?

How often do you meet up with him? If you're not due to meet soon, do you feel comfortable saying "How come you've changed your profile pic?"

Yes it is that sort of thing but in this case it is of two cartoon characters. i can see part of the other half of the photo. I was seeing him less because of his work. He was working into the night and said he was too busy. He said online relationships were cringey yet he is doing it himself. I am due to see him in a few weeks from now.
