Single and self esteem

I've been single the majority of my life with a few short 2-3 year relationships. I've been a full time mum for almost a decade and have found dating in that time difficult because of the lack of time, COVID, full time work and I was studying for a degree. Now I am starting to get more time to myself but dating stresses me out. I compare to ex's who have the long marriages and worry I'm ugly and unlovable. I don't know what I'm expecting but if someone can see my future please and tell me it's ok.

Comparison will only make you unhappy.
Look at what you have, what you've achieved. Having a partner is not the be all and end all.
You don't know how happy other people are. They might envy your degree, freedom and job.
