So I’ve been in a bit of an unsatisfying situationship since September and I have already lowered my expectations ridiculously and can’t continue giving access to such a tosser. I know I will really struggle though so wanted to know if anyone else wanted to do it with me?

Because I’m such a people pleaser when inevitably drops in my messages because he wants validation I will feel like replying. I can’t block him as he’s a work contact 😫😫

Rename him on your contacts as Tosser or Do Not Contact and be strong. Only you can decide to respond or not so decide and stick with it

Get therapy. Grow a backbone. Learn to believe that you're worth more.

You are so much greater than the crumbs he gives.
Go out, enjoy life, find people whose company you enjoy

I assume you’ve told him you don’t want contact from him (unless it’s work orientated) and he’s ignoring that?

If so, then just tell him you’ll be going to HR if he keeps harassing you.
