I am determined to improve my life and would like to start working on myself. At the moment I strongly need validation from the others. I am also a people pleaser. I am scared that if I was to be left alone for too long, I’d panic with just me for company.
I realise I need to work improving my self esteem and self love. Unfortunately I can’t afford therapy. There are many books / podcasts etc. available but perhaps someone has gone through a similar journey and can recommend something that really worked? I am hoping to find a book or podcast on the subject, with practical exercises on how to implement those changes. Can anyone help, please?
