We'll need more details and punctuation than that.

Endofyear · 27/11/2025 08:13

So? What was the message?

Sleepyandtiredandlazy · 27/11/2025 08:23

I don't understand what the problem is OP.

So BF messaged you, “Just got home. Get undressed and get into bed.”?

You don’t live together and BF knew you were already in bed. So your concern is that he sent this to someone else?

It could be typos - maybe he meant “Just got home. Got undressed and got into bed.” So updating you on his evening. (Edited for typo)

RachelFanshawe · 27/11/2025 08:59

I’d guess either:

He meant to write GOT instead of GET or
you’ve misread it.

Strawberryshortcakes85 · 27/11/2025 09:01

He’s saying he’s just got home and getting into bed. With spelling mistakes, maybe because he’s had a drink or two?

Sassylovesbooks · 27/11/2025 09:06

Entirely possible he meant Got, rather than Get. Sometimes predictive text takes over. I would have taken that as a typo, and that he was letting you know he is home safe. I'm not sure I'd have jumped to conclusions!! Do you have any reason to distrust him? I'd ask him about the message when you see him or text him back and ask who was 'getting into bed with him'!

JudgeBread · 27/11/2025 09:12

Soooo... Even if the message was meant for someone else what's the issue? He's just saying he's got home and got into bed?

I don't think your overthinking it. If he was drunk and messaging to say just got home he surely would not say got undressed - seems and odd thing to notify someone about. You might say just got home and into bed.... Red flag to me sorry op

YYYDlilah · 27/11/2025 10:12

Did you mean 'My boyfriend of 7months just messaged me at 1:15 a.m. 'just got home get undressed and get in to bed'. We dont live together.'?

Switch your phone on silent when you go to bed, and check your messages when not half asleep.
