There's a particularly fine selection of facial hair aficionados here. I can't quite decide which one I'm most in love with, so I'll take them all!

I really should be working. Please don't reply and I'll be able to get back to the hard graft.

NOOOOOOOO! Yuk!

Now can't get the velcro image out of my mind- thanks mamazon!

I only started to fancy DH once I saw him with a beard

It's got to be a proper full beard (and tash) though, none of your nancy crapola goatees, soul patches or stupid line-around-the-face. Our best man was planning a lot of beard-related jokes in his speech but we had to point out that pretty much every man in my family is bearded

DH also loves both dogs and velcro

I do not like face furniture. It makes my chin spotty

I have never seen my dh without beard. He grew the facial fungus at age 18 and has never shaved it off.

StarSparkle · 21/07/2008 10:32

I lkie a bit of stubble....but no more ! Both my dad and bro have proper furry beards and tashes , and like look fine. But i will have to go for a definate nay on this one !

But johnny deep in pirates of the carribean would be my only exception !

Hooray for beards!! Hooray!!

MrsThierryHenry · 21/07/2008 23:16

Califrau! (hi, by the way!) That is utterly brilliant!

How's about this one - not just a beard; it's the whole overgroomed look (check out Bobby Friction on this page.

Elasticwoman - I knew someone who shaved off his beard for the first time on his wedding night. Scared the life out of his bride!

Facial hair = grounds for divorce IMO

But hey I'm not remotely sexist about this - it cuts both ways.
