Hi all. I’m planning on getting a divorce from my husband. Found out he was flirting and inviting some girl he met online who lives 2000 miles away to meet him on a lads trip in December. For those who have done the no contact rule whilst living together ( would need to sort out mortgage etc). How did you achieve the no contact rule? Was it a case of just talking strictly about kids and house stuff?

I did this with my ex after we broke up. He was downstairs on a sofa bed and I was upstairs. Our children were quite young and it was very very awkward. We get on very well now but took a long time before we got to the friends stage.

Thank you. It’s not easy
