I fancy someone. At first I was nervous to speak to them, but recently we have talked more and I am less nervous. This was because if a situation we found ourselves in and we were forced to talk. We told each other it was nice to chat. How long were you friends with someone before you dated them? I've always bèn friends first. Haven't been in this situation in a long time. I've done both. With friends the spark was always there, just brewed for years before action. With people that I wasn't friends with first the spark was still there, we just moved faster. That includes my now DH (and father to our two kids) who I met on tinder.

The reason it was a disaster was because I didn't get to know them properly and they had a personality disorder which only became evident once we started dating so I ended it.

It varied for me. Some women it was straight away, other women it took months. I would say take in the moment and do not delay your feelings.
