So here is one, complicated more than ever. A man I know was in a toxic relationship with a woman he met and they had a baby through IVF for all different reasons he was not allowed at the birth through social services and they have been involved ever since. So around 6/7 months. The woman got the birth certificate done with out the father which obviously gives him no rights. Clearly the father was upset by this, more social service input etc etc. I’ve spoke to the father the man I know well for months around this situation giving him advice and support. After a few months of no child contact or updates considering it’s a new born the woman rang out the blue (well I knew it would happen sooner or later) he is back around living there and basically she has put it out there that if he’s not with her he won’t see the child. But is still holding back changing the birth certificate. Surely this can’t work out?
