Sorry OP but you say he is working 70 hours a week for nothing. What does this mean , what is he doing with his money?
And meanwhile he is living with you and you pay all the bills?
From what you have said then definitely you are being used.

Until last month paying he ex wife’s mortgage and insurances I do feel he’s a good person but I am seriously struggling
i think I’d be better off in my own 🙈
